Salon housekeeping
- We kindly request you provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, failure to do so will incur a 100% charge or a deposit to be taken for future bookings.
- In the unlikely event you are unhappy with a purchased product we will provide a full refund if returned within 7 days.
- In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with the result of a treatment, please let us know within 7 days to rectify the treatment.
- If any medical or contact details change from the original client card you filled in, it is your responsibility to let us know to update our details.
- Please turn phones to silent so you can enjoy your pamper with us & other guests of Belle Beauty can too. Please respect & enjoy our calm & relaxing environment.
- Children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times who can countersign a consultation form for treatments.
- We require a patch test for all tinting & LVLs 48 prior to treatment, this needs to be updated every 6 months.
- Courses are valid for 1 year
- We respectfully ask that children & Pets do not attend appointments with parents or guardians due to the nature of our work & quiet environment all clients want to enjoy.
